We have a wide range of ‘tried and tested’ curriculum projects that provide hands-on experience to enhance teaching and learning in CAD/CAM, timber, plastics and metalworking.

Note 1: There is no D&TA Health & Safety Accreditation included in any of our skills development training courses. Please see the relevant pages of this website for specific H&S training.

A typical day runs from 08:30-16:00 and many short projects can be completed in a single session, whereas some extended projects may take multiple weeks.

Wherever possible, we recommend hosting the training at your own school or college using your own machines and equipment – this ensures the session is highly relevant to your department.

Courses can also include in-depth software training for packages such as Techsoft 2D Design, SolidWorks, or AutoDesk Inventor etc.

After the session(s), delegates receive a digital download pack for the specific project covered which includes all required guidance materials, student worksheets (where applicable) and editable CAD files.
